At FreQNC, trust is not a feature.

We only collect information that is necessary to run the research pilot.

For this pilot, that includes:

Your name

Your email address

Your mobile number

Your daily responses to three questions

Your consent preferences

If we don’t need it, we don’t collect it.

Your contact details are stored separately from your daily responses wherever possible.

This means that your identity and your behavioural data are not routinely processed together.

Separating identity from behavioural signals is a core part of how FreQNC is designed.

Your daily check-ins describe your own experience.

We do not claim ownership over your personal experiences.

You may request access to your information, ask us to correct it, or request that it be deleted, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain records.

We will never sell your personal information.

We will never sell your behavioural data.

We will never build a business model based on trading your personal information.

We do not create hidden personality profiles.

We do not infer medical conditions.

We do not infer mental health diagnoses.

We do not infer protected characteristics.

If there is not enough evidence to support an observation, the system does not make one.

Artificial intelligence is used only to help explain structured observations that have already been identified through our observation process.

AI does not make decisions about you.

AI does not assess your performance.

AI does not predict your future.

AI does not replace your own judgement.

You remain the expert in your own experience.

Whenever FreQNC provides a reflection, we aim to explain:

What was observed.

What evidence supports that observation.

How confident the system is in the observation.

If there is insufficient evidence, we would rather say nothing than generate something misleading.

Participation is voluntary.

You can stop taking part at any time.

You can ask questions at any time.

You can request that your data be deleted, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Trust only exists when people remain in control of their own information.

As FreQNC evolves, our privacy practices will evolve too.

Whenever we make meaningful changes, we will explain what has changed and why.

We believe transparency builds trust, and trust should never be assumed.
